About the Role
This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, field teams, and internal departments, ensuring service requests are handled efficiently and professionally. If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary contact for customers, addressing questions and service-related concerns via phone
- Coordinate, track, and follow up on service work orders, inspections, and system maintenance
- Assist with scheduling for service and installation teams to ensure timely job completion
- Process and manage system data, reports, and documentation using internal software systems
- Support alarm panel updates and system changes following account modifications or cancellations
- Review and distribute routine monitoring and activity reports from the central station
- Provide administrative and clerical support to service and installation coordinators as needed
- Answer incoming calls, manage records, and maintain organized filing systems
- Participate in special projects and operational initiatives as assigned by leadership

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new systems

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous coordination, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
